Quality and Reliability

Suppliers are expected to deliver products and services that meet agreed specifications, industry standards, and applicable certifications. Continuous improvement and proactive communication are required to maintain reliable performance.

Labor and Human Rights

PCG Oil & Gas expects suppliers to uphold fair labor practices, prohibit forced or child labor, and foster inclusive, non-discriminatory workplaces. Suppliers must respect workers’ rights to organize and bargain collectively where permitted by law.

Data Security and Confidentiality

Suppliers who handle confidential information or data relating to PCG Oil & Gas must safeguard it with appropriate controls and use it solely for authorized purposes. Any suspected breaches must be reported immediately.

Monitoring and Improvement

We reserve the right to assess supplier compliance with these standards and request corrective actions where necessary. Suppliers should maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance and actively pursue improvements.
